Services Overview

Lyapchev Design Studio provides interior design consultation, project coordination, window treatment design and installation, colour advisory, and styling services. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon individually and documented in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client before work commences.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Lyapchev Design Studio are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the project scope changes after a quotation has been accepted.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement for each project. Where a deposit is required, work will not commence until the deposit has been received. Outstanding invoices are due within fourteen days of the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Lyapchev Design Studio or its licensors and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.

Design concepts, mood boards, and specifications produced during a client engagement remain the intellectual property of Lyapchev Design Studio until the relevant project fees have been paid in full, at which point a licence to use the designs for the agreed purpose is granted to the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their property, requirements, and budget. Timely access to the property for site visits, measurements, and installations is the responsibility of the client. Delays caused by restricted access or incomplete information may result in adjusted timelines and additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Lyapchev Design Studio takes reasonable care in providing its services but does not warrant that design outcomes will match any specific expectation beyond the agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or damage to property, arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided on this website.

Our website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of these sites and accept no responsibility for them. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the provision of our services will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to mediation before the matter is escalated to the courts of New South Wales.
